Perfectly finished wood floors for your new built home. We have many years of experience working in new build properties and we can provide you with a high quality finish using only the very best of products, creating the perfect floors for your new home.
A new home will need new floors, if you’re looking to add wood floors to your space then we would love to assist you in finding the perfect floor. We work directly with many of the largest flooring manufacturers from around Europe and the world to bring together a collection of over 2000 floors.
We work exclusively with Quickstep which manufactures and supplies the very best laminate flooring in the world. With a quickstep laminate floor, you can rest assured your floor will last the test of time.
For engineered wood flooring we work with a small exclusive group of manufacturers from across Europe. Companies such as Parador, Boen, and Kahrs, These ar reliable brands with a fantastic selection of floors to choose from.

We specialize in both electric and warm water underfloor heating systems. These systems are ideally fitted before you move into your new built home. We can advise, supply, and install the perfect floor heating system for you.
We will remove and refit your existing skirting boards to create the perfect finished floor. This is also the case for kitchen kickboards which may need trimmed and interior doors which can also need to be trimmed to perfection after your new floors are fitted.
We supply and work with only the very best materials available to us. We have spent many years perfecting our business to create the best possible service using only the best possible materials available to you for use in your new home.

Your builders will provide you with a set of plans that will allow us to provide you with an estimate for the work. Upon completion of your new property, we will visit you at site to look over the floor areas and double check your measuremenst and sizes.
We provide a large collection of floors from which you can choose from. We work closely with the largest manufacturers around Europe to bring together all the floors and we will bring these directly to you for viewing and selection. This can usually be done prior to your new home being completed if there is enough time and planning.
Once we have your property plans or we have viewed your new home we will have an estimate to you within 48 hours. lastly we need to find you the perfect floor and once this stage has been completed we can finalise the costs and set a date in the diary for you.
